US Army retired Major General Malcolm Frost has been supporting the physical fitness of soldiers because of his relationship with Pain. As a Westpoint cadet, General Frost suffered a couple of injuries by playing collegiate soccer and it has changed how he sees physical fitness.

Retired Major General Malcolm Frost led all initial military training and public affairs for the over 1.5M members of the United States Army with organizational budgets in excess of $538M. General Frost has over 20 years of experience in strategic communications, media relations, crisis and risk management, and leader development. He also possesses significant experience and skills in the areas of change management, strategic and operational planning, and keynote speaking.
